Born and raised in Quebec and moving  to Corner Brook in 1980, Mel began selling  Real Estate in 1987 and now   has 20 years experience in this field.

Mel was awarded the Fellow Real Estate    Institute (FRI) designation in 1999. He is a Designated Appraiser Residential (DAR), a member of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers       (CNAREA) and he is the first and only      Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRES) in Newfoundland.  He has won numerous  awards, including the Most Completed Transactions Award from 1999 -2005 inclusive.
